WELCOME FUCKING HOME//STOP FEEDING THE RATS

July 29th, 2012
4 PM | WWTA Allston, MA | $$$
A Boston area native and drifting weirdo, Jim Anderson has returned from fleeing Boston two years to Philadelphia ago due to a lack of art scene in Boston. Anderson’s work is under the name of GRIMGRIMGRIM and is inspired by; nihilism, monsters, pizza and beer. On July 29th, WWTA a DIY space in Allston will be hosting the show. Anderson has had one solo show in Boston at the Savant Project, but that show was shut down after one night being deemed “too offensive.” Music is being provided by several different acts including; The Tin Thistles, Caffeine Patch, Host, and The Worms who will be traveling from the depths of South Philadelphia. Along with the strangely different punk acts, DJ COA and DJ Ryan $$$ Zee will be playing all night. Adding a little more to this circus of an art opening Worcester local comic Shaun Connolly will also be performing. Proceeds from the show will help benefit WWTA as well as other underground art events in the future. For more information on the show please email jamesandersondesign@gmail.com or visit www.grimgrimgrim.net.
